AzurCasino backs up our commitment to the prevention of ludomania by making tools available that will limit, reduce, or cease any member’s gaming activity, at their request. Every player has the right to:

  • Impose a limit on the amount of money that may be deposited on a monthly basis
  • Take a “time-out” and exclude oneself from playing with us for a determined period of time

To do this, all you have to do is inform us by email at support@azurcasino.com

Reducing, increasing, or removing such time or money limits must also be done in writing, sent to support@azurcasino.com. A request to reduce a deposit limit or increase the length of a time-out will be effected upon receipt. There is a waiting period of at least 24 hours for increasing or revoking a deposit limit, or decreasing the length of a requested time-out.

Think About It

While these safeguards are at your disposal to help you continue to have fun responsibly, it is 100% your call as to whether to use them. Your health is your responsibility. But we’re all human, so we urge you to take a little time periodically to think about your gaming activity, perhaps by asking yourself these questions:

  • Have I tried to cut down or stop gambling, and just continued on as before?
  • Am I wagering more and more money to reach the same level of excitement?
  • Do I hide the fact that I’m gaming, or how much time or money I’m spending at it?
  • Do I spend a lot of time thinking about gaming, even when I’m not actually doing it?
  • Has gaming jeopardized or broken a close relationship with somebody?

If you answer Yes to more of these questions than No, it may be time to consider employing our safeguards, or seek other help.
